The Wikidata approach is arguably simpler; [[Property:P5191|a property]] used as a statement with a Lexeme type; however, we don't have ''those'' lexemes locally, and I'm not aware of a concept of "federated lexemes".

"Derives from" and "rhymes"

…derives from felo (“fur”) +‎ -ano (“member”)

On Wiktionary, "derives from" uses wikt:Template:Suffix which was previously composed from other templates, and is now part of a compound Lua template-handling module, which itself draws in various other modules.

The Wikidata approach is arguably simpler; a property used as a statement with a Lexeme type; however, we don't have those lexemes locally, and I'm not aware of a concept of "federated lexemes".

…rhymes with -ano

With Esperanto, Wiktionary uses wikt:Template:eo-IPA, which in turn calls wikt:Module:eo-pron to generate the entire pronunciation section including IPA, hyphenation and rhymes - the latter being an entire namespace there. Wikidata uses statements with properties on the form for IPA and hyphenation but had no consensus on a rhyme property. GreenReaper (talk) 15:07, 2 April 2021 (UTC)
